    Within intercollegiate sports programs at the NCAA Division I level, the University of Evansville seeks to operate with the greatest integrity and fair play in athletic competition. Because the state of Indiana allows Sports Wagering on certain NCAA Division I sports, the general public may lawfully place Sports Wagers on University of Evansville’s Division I sports teams and student athletes in this state, as well as other states that allow collegiate Sports Wagering.
